I am not even 25 yet so I guess I can't do the never pictured in your future one. I do have lots of places I want to see but I think I will just do the facts about myself one.
Random facts about myself
1. I would have 8 kids if my husband would allow it (except for when we all have the puking flu then just two is more than enough)
2. I want to go back to school someday to be an attorney and fight for religious rights cases
3. I love the baby stage more than the toddler stage-- I absolutely love my Abby but there is something about that sweet, little innocent baby that just takes my breath away.
4. I love dancing to music with my girls with reckless abandon and hearing thier sweet giggles
5. I am loving reading the Bible and find it so fascinating. I really like the book of Genesis-- How amazing of a God we serve.
2.
For I am the Lord your God, who stirs up the sea, causing its waves to roar. My name is the Lord Almighty. I have put my words in your mouth and hidden you safely within my hand. I set all the stars in space and established the earth. I am the one who says, you are mine! Isaiah 51:15-16

Big Playdate and sickness
Today I had a playdate and there were 9 kids here. It was crazy but fun. It was just a neighborhood mom get together but I had a friend from Waconia come too. I feel really bad though because Abby got sick with the puking flu lastnight. I had no clue she wasn't feeling well. Around 8 lastnight she started screaming and then was quiet and then would scream again and then quiet. My stomach got instantly sick because I just knew she had thrown up. It was such a mess. I don't know how I cleaned it and her up. I am talking major mess-- I had to wash her hair 4 times to get it all out. I am sooo not a throw up person so I really don't know how I made it through. Joel was working his 2nd job so I had no other option. She ended up throwing up all night long and hasn't now since 6 am and now she is acting pretty normal. In fact, she just walked downstairs carrying a lean pocket wanting me ot make it for her. I guess she is feeling pretty well. I am exhausted though. Emily poked through 2 teeth lastnight and was up a lot too. I am just praying she doesn't get the puking flu now on top of it. The little girl Caroline that I watch just got it this morning. Yuck-- I hate sickness.

Life
I have always liked plumb but I am loving thier new c.d. You can listen to it here. It is so sweet and so what I want for my girls. http://www.plumbinfo.com/
Abby is now going both poop and pee on the toilet and hasn't had an accident in awhile. Tonight she was standing next to me and all of a sudden says "Mommy the pee came and I am soaking wet and it was really on purpose." She is too funny. We were playing memory tonight and she told looked at 3 cards and she tells me "mommy I cheated and it was really on accident." What a stinker-- Poor Emily. She is getting 3 teeth through at once and is running a fever and had a poop all the way up her back. To get the shirt off poop went in her hair and everything. I was gagging cleaning it up. Sometimes being a mom is so not glamourous but always sooooo worth it!!

Visitor
My Aunt Julee called and was going to be in the area so she stopped over to visit us for several hours yesterday. Abby kept forgetting her name and calling her, "her, or my new friend" It was cute.
My sweet Emily. She is getting so big. I can't believe how fast we are nearing age 1. I really wish the 0-1 stage would take twice as long. It just goes by soo fast. She is such a little joy too. I am starting to want another but I will wait----

Grandparents
Joel was in Chicago this past week so my parents paid our gas money to come up and stay with them. I am glad we did as my family is always very entertaining!!

Grandpa Kopkie with the girls. That is Abby's new way to smile. I don't know what to do with her.
Uncle Jonah and Emily
This was the favorite thing to do every night. My dad would read Abby books laying on the couch like that. The books were half made up but Abby loved it. My dad changes his voice as well as the words of the books.

We brought Abby to the Monticello Community Center since she has been going on the big girl toilet. Notice the band-aid-- She has had an owie there for weeks and keeps picking it so it won't heal. Now she has an owie where the band-aid was on the side too. I don't know what to do to get her to stop picking them.

Kids
Abby wanted me to write about her so here it goes. She is sooo smart. She was out walking with my dad the other night and pointed up to the sky and told him it was a full moon. (and it was) I had Caroline last week and as soon as she got to our house she told me that now there were 4 girls and 1 boy. She is only 2 1/2. Tonight now I was looking at a blog and she came in and she could recognize the bog from a couple weeks ago and told me that those kids wipe snot on their mom. I had read her a blog entry and she remembered that. She is so amazing. I really enjoy having conversations with her and seeing her sweet little personality. She is a very compassionate kid and worries about others. Such a good thing to see. I asked her if she wanted me to have more babies and she tells me, "no, one is enough, wait till Emily is bigger." It is hilarious. She is watching me write this and is spelling her name to me. I don't know what to do with this smarty pants. I need to make sure to keep stretching her mind. That is it for now. I just had to write about my little two year old.

Achievements
Abby is now going pee and poop on the toilet. What an accomplishment for her. I pushed her about it before we had Emily and then she got really afraid of the toilet so I backed off and now she decided on her own to do it. We are so proud of her.
Emily is crawling. Just slowly. She started a week ago and is still working on getting the hang of it. It is amazing how fast they grow. I wish I could just stop the clock. She is also in a big mommy's phase. She has to see me every moment. I can't take a shower without her screaming when I go behind the curtain. It is ridicolous but I have to remind myself it is just a phase. I am in Park Rapids at my parents right now. Joel had to go to Chicago for the week. Abby is having a blast here and keeps telling me she just doesn't like being at her house. How nice-- Too bad that is where she has to be for the next 16 years of her life.

Blessed
I have to tell you all about something really stupid that I did. We have been hearing advertisments for a Toby Mac/Jeremy Camp/Matthew West Concert coming to the Target Center. Joel and I love all those artists and wanted to go. I called up a good friend of mine and her and her husband also decided to come along. I called on opening weekend and reserved our tickets and we went to Maple Grove to pick them up. We then went to St.Cloud to get my sister who would be staying with us until she left for England. In all that excitement I forgot about the tickets and didn't think about them until the day after Leah left. I couldn't find them anywhere. We searched the car again and again as well as everything else we had with us that night. They were just gone. I was so sick about it. We never, ever get out and I was so looking forward to having a night with my hubby and friends. We were going out to eat at a restaraunt beforehand and just really making a nice evening out of it. I couldn't even listen to KTIS for several days because every time I would hear the advertisment for the concert I would get depressed. We had paid for all 4 tickets and since we lost them we weren't going to let our friends pay for them so not only do we miss out on the concert but also the money. I called Northwestern Book Store (where we bought the tickets), they could see our reciept with 4 tickets but didn't know what seats so they weren't able to help us. If we would have bought through ticketmaster they have it all on file so they could have just issued duplicate tickets. I am normally very organized and wouldn't lose tickets though so I didn't think I needed that option. I don't know what happened. I decided to write to Toby Mac and Matthew West to tell them the stories. Toby Mac's webgirl wrote me back and gave me the name and number of the promoter. She told me if he couldn't help to please write her back again. He is Dan Wynia who I hear all the time on the radio. I called his direct line and left a message. He just called me back today and said he would give me 4 tickets out of his stock. He was such a nice guy. I am soo thankful. God is good!!! He said that maybe it was supposed to happen because maybe someone found those tickets and will get saved-- That is my story-- Next time I will be much more careful with the tickets.

Wedding
Tonight we went to our friends wedding, Jeff and Natanya-- We have known them for years and they have actually been together as long as Joel and I. 7 years total. We have just been married 5 of our years. Jeff has helped us move each time we move and is a good friend to Joel. We are really happy for them and had a good time at the wedding.

misc..
Abby in her new snowsuit I got at a garage sale this summer for 7.00. She was wearing her 24 mo one until we were out and I noticed her sleeves would come up too far and her little arms were exposed. Poor thing. I think she was like that the whole time we were in P.R. for Christmas. Her arms must have been freezing. I right away dug out this 3T one and it fits great.
Abby hugging her little friend/neighbor Adaline. Ada is 1 1/2-- and a sweetheart. I was watching her for a little bit and she is always such a good girl whenever I have her.

Playdate
I have started going to Rogers one day a week to watch Abby's little friend Sofia. They are the same age and play together great so it is perfect. Here the girls are playing with Otis.
Abby would love to have a kitty but Joel is allergic so she won't ever be able to.
Here the girls are opening thier Christmas presents to eachother
Emily was in on it too.
It was nice to get out and be in a different environment with different toys. Thanks Jill for the job opportunity!!

Abby and Leah's new song
Abby and Leah always make up songs with motion and this is thier "new" one.
Auntie Leah left :-(
We sure enjoyed having auntie here and it went by way too fast. The house feels empty without her and we don't know when we get to see her next. She has no plans to come back so we really don't know when it will next be. Abby just adores her though and is very sad tonight. She wouldn't even let me sing to her. She told me she wanted Auntie too. Poor pumpkin.
Here are the girls in aunties suitcase. I think she would have packed them right up along if she could have
They were both riding horsey
auntie Leah with her nieces
Abby was giving her a kiss here.

A new addition to the family
No-- I am not pregnant :-). Abby actually has added some new family members. The other night we were in the car and she started talking to a frog and dragon. At one point she started laughing and we asked her what was so funny and she said dragon was down her shirt licking her. It was hilarious. She was squirming all over in her car seat. She is so bright!! I was bringing her to the eye doctor because her eye hurts a lot and on the way there she told me frog and dragon's eyes hurt too and they need to come too. When I got Abby out of the car she looked over my shoulder and motioned and said, "come on frog, come on dragon, hurry before a car hits you, follow me." When we got inside she continued to talk to them and play with them. From what I know about imaginary friends it just means the child is extremely smart. We have always known Abby to be that so we will just encourage it. She is only 2 1/2. Her other new friend is God. They play chase together. She will say, "ok God, my turn, come and get me" and then giggle and run around and say, "God is chasing me." She also chases God. How appropriate though because God really does chase us through our whole lives. He is always trying to show us more of himself and reassure us ect... and at the same time we should always be chasing him to know more of his heart. ahhh... The lessons this little girl can teach me. She is too precious for words.

Extended Family
My Uncle Ron and Aunt Deb and my cousin Willie and his girlfriend Chelsea came to visit tonight. It was a fun time. I am so grateful for them. Abby just loves them too. She kept saying "I have lots of friends here" so adorable. They wanted to see Leah before she left for England.
Here they are playing Abby's favorite game. She is really good at it too. She is such an amazing kid.
Here are some of the guys. My Grandparents showed up at our door and my grandpa said "avon" and suprised us. I am very glad they came.
