Our own family Christmas

We have a tradition to do our own family Christmas on New Year's Eve. It may have to change as the kids get older but it works for now. That way it frees up Christmas to be with our families. Here is Joel and Emily with a shirt that says "my heart belongs to daddy"
Emily opening a gift
Abby and Daddy playing with the new gift of lincoln logs. I don't know who the gift was more for. Joel picked them out and now I know why.
Joel and Abby at the head of the candle-lit table. It is my one time of year I take out our fine china.
This year Jonah and Leah were here to celebrate with us.
